Parent/Guardian To-Do List
STEP 1: Join the BAND app! Use your first and last name and put your child’s name in your bio. Students should put their instrument or section in their bio. Click the buttons below to join your group!
STEP 2: Fill out our PARENT PROFILE FORM to ensure we have accurate contact information and stay up to date on volunteer opportunities.
Step 3: Familiarize yourself with our SPRING/SUMMER SCHEDULE and plan around these dates! Attendance at these rehearsals is mandatory for maintaining a competitive spot within the band.
Step 4: Take your child to get a physical exam - This is a new requirement by AAA to participate in any marching activities or events including football games. Due July 8th at HS office or scanned to Mr. Hodge.
STEP 5: Download our “Marching Band Supplies Check-List” to be prepared with everything you’ll need for summer band! Link below.
Step 6: Pay the $100 down payment of this year’s fees by July 1st - For more info about this year’s fees, please review our band parent meeting slideshow above. You can pay at the link below OR turn in a check to the high school front office.
