Band Parent Meeting 2024

Parent/Guardian To-Do List

  • STEP 1: Join the BAND app! Use your first and last name and put your child’s name in your bio. Students should put their instrument or section in their bio. Click the buttons below to join your group!


  • STEP 2: Attend one of our marching registration days! This is for ADULTS AND STUDENTS and should take less than 30 minutes. Drop in by last name during these time frames!

    INCOMING FRESHMEN: May 28 | A-L: 8:30am-12pm | M-Z: 1pm-3pm

    RETURNING MEMBERS: May 29-30 | A-L: 8:30am-12pm | M-Z: 1pm-3pm


  • STEP 3: Fill out our “Parent Profile Form” which can be found at the link below.


  • STEP 4: Take your child to get a physical exam - This is a new requirement by AAA to participate in any marching activities or events including football games. Due July 8th at HS office or scanned to Mr. Hodge.


  • STEP 5: Download our “Marching Band Supplies Check-List” to be prepared with everything you’ll need for summer band! Link below.


  • Step 6: Pay the $100 down payment of this year’s fees by July 1st - For more info about this year’s fees, please watch our band parent meeting video above! You can pay at the link below OR turn in a check to the high school front office.


  • Step 7: Save this schedule to be prepared for all upcoming events!
